Information about AROMS. JAMES BOND AROMS. 2014 in english for our friends from Lithuania and Estonia Alfa Romeo clubs. You ar welcome to participate!
We have the pleasure to invite all Alfa Romeo owners and enthusiasts to participate in the annual event “AROMS” (Alfa Romeo Owners Meeting Summer), launching August 9, 2014.
This year we have organized a themed event – JAMES BOND AROMS. As always we have prepared exciting activities, tasks and exercises for all participants. The start of this event is planned from Riga. Total distance is planned approx.200 km. The event finish will be at the recreation and sports center in Vidzeme region. There are sleeping places in separate comfortable houses, in common room on mattresses and in tents available. Amount of sleeping places in houses is limited. If you decide to sleep in tent, you need to take it with you.AROMS PROGRAM: • Gathering, registration, receiving tasks starting from 9:30 (starting place /meeting point will be announced soon)
• Start at 10:30 (in Riga)
• Finding and visiting sightseeing and other objects
• Exciting tasks, regularity rally and other activities
• Dinner
• Announcing results and awarding the winners
• Relaxation and partying together with DJ
• Breakfast the next morning
PARTICIPATION REQUIRES:• Alfa Romeo car
• Team of at least 2 persons
• Pencil, map of Latvia, compass, calculator, photo camera, chronometer
• Comfortable clothing and footwear for outdoor activities
• Participants are welcome to comply with James Bond or agent 007 style. The team with most appropriate James Bond style will be awarded at the end of the day. (This is not obligatory!).
REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION FEES:• EUR 45 for 1 person, sleeping in separate comfortable houses
• EUR 35 for 1 person, sleeping in common room on mattresses
• EUR 30 for 1 person, sleeping in your own tent
PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES: • Exciting day spent in great company
• Handouts and team number stickers for car
• Dinner together with other Alfa Romeo owners
• Awards for the winners
