Now for the big part, getting the ICS out. I had never done this before, and got it out in less than ten minutes, so shouldn't be too hard actually. First, you have to find these holes, left:

Inside, you are looking for this tab (didn't manage to get a picture of it through the hole, but it's visible):

Here's a picture of the hole on the left, after removing the ICS. This gives you an idea of the correct angle (and you can also see by the scratches that someone else didn't find the hole...):
