Sveiki..
vis labiau svarstau apie turbo idejima i savo alfa. siek tie pasidomejau siuo reikalu. pasirodo tai realybe. sis variklis kaip ir siek tiek pritaikytas "turbinimui" tik kaip taisiklingiau pradeti si visa procesa... ?
is to ka pasiskaiciau internete lietuvoj.. baisu. visi tik ir sako " neverta.. brangu.. neapsimoka.. neiseis.. keisk masina.. ir t.t. ... " tiesiog zlugdo zmogaus entuziazma ir svajones.. tad paieskojau ne lietuvoja.. ir stai. pasirodo AR 156 2.0 TS kaip ir  turi siokiu tokiu galimybiu tobulumui. jo net gamuklinis variklis pritaikytas nedideliam turbinimui. neskaitan to jog isiurbimo kolektorius plasmasinis , jis atlaiko berots iki 1.0 bar. slegio, tad manau jog vilciu visdeto siek tie yra.
 Stai pridedu siuki bei toki tekstuka. kas supranta anglu kalba :)




 "The standard plastic inlet manifld can hold 1 bar of boost pressure with no problems.
That would be over 300bhp if you were to run 1 bar boost pressure through it on a GT 28R turbo
The only problem with the plastic manifold is that its restrictive in flow.
Its the gasket and pistons/rings that wont hold it though.

 The chap is looking for a low boost (5 psi) turbo conversion,so a nice Gt 25 turbo and a small FMIC will do the job nicely.The standard injectors and ecu paramaters will max out at around 225bhp,so that 70bhp more than the standard 155bhp 2 litre power level.

No need to go for big engine work.Gt 25 turbo (5 psi) small FMIC with 50mm inlet/outlet piping,a custom remap of the existing Alfa ecu,11-13 row Mocal/Setrab oil cooler and thats it really.40-50bhp more (190-200 bhp) and still reliable.

 Oh and I ran the 1.6 turboed engine with standard rods to over 1.2 bar at one stage(320bhp and 252 pounds feet torque at 1 stage) and there were no problems.

 Alfa pistons are weaker than the rods.The pistons are still plenty good for a low boost conversion (5 psi).

 I however have built the 2 litre turboed engine with a lightened and treated crank,custom made Wosner forged pistons and custom made Arrow/DKE billet conrods,custom tubular race manifold and a Garrett GT 30/71R turbo (450bhp turbo)."

Sveiki. Ieshkojau info sia beda bet nepavyko rasti. Tad sukuriau nauja.

 Vakar pakeite galvos tarpine. Po pakeitimo nebedirba 2 -3  cilindrai  issiaishkinom jog kalti purkshtukai.
laidai lyg ir visi sujungti bet jie du negauna mases.
Purkstukai sveiki. Pajungus nuo pirmo ar ketvirto fishkes i antra ar trecia purkstukus jie pradeda purksht kura , o sujungus kaip turi but nevelnio. Gal turit minciu kas.?
Is anksto dekoju uz praversecius patarimus.
